Women Wednesday- Kandee Johnson

Hi Guys,

I think you may all know what this post might be about by know so without further ado i present to you......Kandee Johnson!!!!

I love this woman, she's awesome!!!!! Not only is she an extremely skilled Makeup Artist that has done incredible things with makeup that i didn't even think were possible but she's also a lovely person inside and out!
I think she's the type of person you'd meet and instantly want to be friends with you know. Kandee is so down to earth, warm and most of all FUN! She never takes herself to seriously and treats each day like a new adventure. Her babies are her ultimate priority and you can just tell there her world, with daily blog posts on what there all getting up to that day.
When i first started watching her Youtube videos afew years ago now the think that drew me to her was her honesty and there was a kinda sadness in her eyes. That could be down to everything she's been through in her life that she talks about her;

She's real, honest and open about who she is and what she's been through, i admire her courage, bravery to stand up for herself and just her spirit of never letting the bad people of this world to bring you down because life is to full of things to smile about to let that stuff bring you down, right guys?!

slippery seats, prettyful flowers & lovely products.....

Howdy peeps,

Soooooooo pretty :) (bought for a friends birthday)

Although i was quite tempted to nab them for meself but

me and real flowers don't mix to well so decided to stick to my fake ones!

You'll never guess where i found these leather seats...... On a BUS!!!

I was so shocked i had to take a picture (don't worry this will be my only ever seat shot i promise)

They usually have really naff material ones so this was a nice upgrade

with one slight problem, they were slippery Lil suckers!

On minute i was texting the next i was nearly on the floor!

(I'm not ashamed to admit i was butt clenching the whole way to work on these bad boys!)

This Lil gems been so hyped by youtubers and make up artists that i had to try it,

the bubble wrap was like fort Knox though! I swear to god not even

James Bond could get into this bugger easily!

(I'll keep you updated how i get on with it don't you worry)

1. Trevor Sorbie beautifully straightened soothing balm

(i straighten alot so thought id try this and so far I'm might impressed!

i bought it in travel size like most things first to try then if i really like I'll

buy in full size, genius right?! lol)

2. Wella silvikrin shiny hold hairspray

(smells AMAZING and for hairspray that's rare! Defiantly another big buy

due to the fact that it also holds in gale force winds!!!)

3. Garnier Fructis styling mousse (body & volume)

(only used once so can't really say but another nice smelling one so that's always a good thing)

4. Bioderma H2O cleanser for sensitive skin

(will keep you informed on this beauty)

5. Classic Carmex moisturising lip balm

(tastes disgusting yet smells lovely, how odd is that?! lol. but sooo

moisturising, i put it on just before bed so i got smoooooooth lips for morning, O Yeah)

Hope you've all battled through your Mondays relatively unscathed! Me on the other hand have felt better. could be due to just suffering through an hour of STEP & TONE but that's beside the point, the point is..... I'm gonna feel the bugger tomorrow lol.

It's so true,i grumble alot about the things i feel i haven't got that other people have like wash board Abe's or sparkly white teggies but i should appreciate the things about myself that are unique and so should you lot! Yes you, the beautiful person reading this right now :)

on a slid note i was shopping for a friends belated birthday gift today and i came across some fancy displays i just gotta share with you a second (humour me here, i think there pretty!)......

How prettyful were they???? Love, Love, Love the rustic theme and the old wood! The hand cream is what i ended up getting her along with a bunch of flowers (the one in the middle in Bluebell smells amazballs by the way, was tempted to nick it but i managed to restrain myself hehe). As for the last one, that was a card i made for her! Didn't come out to bad, even if i do say so myself lol.

Just can't keep away can i lol. Slightly off point post here but i have a bits & bobs folder in my phone of random pictures i love and want to keep but haven't a foggiest where to put it so they tend to go in there. How lovely do these look, i think flowers brighten and lift a room especially

I can't stand roller coaster, panic attack doesn't even cover the reaction i had

when i last went near one therefore if my life depended on getting on

Sundays, fun days & abit of footy throw in for good measure!

What a beautiful day it's been, as you'll find out in my......

Sunday Round Up!!!!!

THE GOOD:

- To be honest theres been mainly good this week which is..... good! lol. Now i should explain that i usually work every Sunday which is abit of a bummer but today i took off for a very special reason,
Chris's Uncle, Dean (aka Big Dean because he was on the larger side!) past away last November.

He was diagnosed with lung cancer, 12 weeks after on the 13th November 2011 he passed away aged only 53. Dean was muched loved and respected by everyone that knew him, it's left a massive hole in the family and Chris has taken his death especially hard because he was more like a father figure to him.
However in there younger days Big Dean ran a football club for young lads to try and help them get off the street and getting up to no good, with Chris being one of them! So in Honor of Deans memory and also to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support there was a football match in which all the lads that Big Dean use to teach got together and played.
I'm so proud of Chris, he played the full 90 minutes and really got involved, despite being abit rusty he did sooo well. i swear he thought he was Gerrard but hay who am i to shatter is illusions aye lol.

We managed to raise over £600 and all in all it was a lovely day being with the family and enjoying the gorgeous weather (see i finally said something positive about the weather! Even I'm shocked lol).

THE BAD:

- All i can say is Aqua Aerobics..... avoid like the plague! I swear i thought i was an amazing swimmer but that 45 minutes sure as hell proved me wrong. I might as well of got a pint glass and filled it with pool water with the amount of the damn stuff i was digesting but i have learnt one thing from it and that's to never do the blooming thing again.... until Bex drags me to the DEEP WATER AEROBICS in 2 weeks time! So you've got till then to make the most of me because i doubt il be surviving that one.

THE UGLY:

- CHRIS'S FEET!!!! I love him with all my heart i really do but if he comes near me with them monkey feet again i swear to god I'm disowning him lol.

Hope you've all had a beautiful day, now just gotta brace ourselves for that Monday feeling again (ow joys! lol).

Love me some freebies!!!

Me again,

Now don't get me wrong here I'm not all about the goods but when it comes down to magazines with Lil goodies going free i ain't one to hold back! Especially if things like this are involved:

Now i love abit of Glamour (mags & in general :) but add some Percy & Reed London

Hydrating mask and I'm all over it like a tramp on chips!!!

Came along just at the right time too, my hair is crying out for some TLC.

And as if one good find wasn't enough while i was in the magazine section

this just happened to jump into my innocent hands as well!

I have used this mascara everyday since i got it! And as for the scrub well.... see below.

Only the most essential things wind up in the bathroom cabinet! (mainly due to lack of

space but that's beside the point here).

No real reason for this picture, i just really liked the way i did my hair that day! lol.

Can i recreate it again? Can i HECK! My hair refuses to do this again,

that's why i figured id treat it with the hair mask to try and bribe it lol.

What a beautiful day......

Good morning everyone!

Loves sunflowers!

Can't quite explain why I'm in such a chipper mood today but i am so there! Anyho on to what I've just treated myself to, after all if we can't treat ourselves once in awhile no one else will.
Now I'm an avid ed admirer of The Pixiwoo Sisters and have been for sometime now so when i heard that Samantha Chapman had teamed up with Real Techniques to create a range of brushes (which by the way the sisters use alot in there tutorials!) and that they were stocking them in Boots.com well i nearly feel off my lovely, padded office chair!!!

i have never gone to a web page and order anything so quick in my life, if i was in the Olympics id of got a gold for my speediness, that's for damn sure lol. So now I'm just waiting for them to arrive, i order the set of 5 starter set brushes (the purple ones below in the holder) and also there core collection of face brushes which come in the same holder but comes with 4 brushes i believe.
But the shocking thing which i was having palpitations over was the price..... £21.99 for each set! i tell ya I've never been so grateful that my chair was so sturdy before lol. WHAT A BARGAIN!!!!!!

 Bring on next Wednesday when the are due to arrive in my local boots for collection!!! i put up a post when i get my Lil mitts on them don't you worry :)
